  • Prepare the Tofu:
    Drain the block of tofu and press it to remove excess moisture. Wrap it in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy object on top for 15-20 minutes.
    Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  • Cook the Tofu:
    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    Add the tofu cubes and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
  • Sauté the Vegetables:
    In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.
    Stir in the bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas. Sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
    Add the minced garlic and ginger during the last minute of cooking.
  • Cook the Udon Noodles:
    In a separate pot, cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

    Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet with sautéed vegetables.
