- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 4 cups cold cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
Heat the Oil: In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
